This model ensures unlimited access to premier care whenever needed. Members may request a comprehensive super-bill from our office, detailing the diagnostic (ICD) and treatment (CPT or HCPCS) codes for potential out-of-network reimbursement. While insurance companies may reimburse 50-80% of out-of-network costs, this varies by policy and is not guaranteed.

Even though Dr. Trad is out of network with your insurance, diagnostic tests, procedures, and medications prescribed will be submitted to your insurance provider as usual. This means that these services will be covered according to the terms of your insurance plan.
